The Jobs Ledger weekly

One email a week: every job loss and gain logged in the last seven days with its grade (REPORTED or ANNOUNCED), the ledger's running totals, and any promise that reached its review date. Nothing else is ever sent, the address is used for nothing else, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Subscribing is double opt-in: enter your address, then the 6-digit code we email you. The code expires after ten minutes. What is stored and for how long is on the privacy page.

What the email looks like

A dated subject line, the week's entries as short linked items (company, count, grade, region), the scoreboard totals as they stand that morning, and any promise review that fell due. The same rules as the site: announced is not delivered, the totals are computed from the dataset, and an AI attribution is the employer's claim, not this site's finding. A week with no new entries sends no email.
